It Took Me 5 Years Of Working To Understand This.

It’s normal to feel discouraged on your 1st job because the lack of experience will likely cause whatever you’re doing to not be up to standard.

The 1st time I worked, I made mistakes that costed the company money. I was even asked to not do the very thing that I was hired for, & to work with someone else (not in that role) to get the task done. 🥲

I started working on improving myself & eventually my work quality got better. I started to get praises for the work I did (even got a pay raise after probation, although its not part of my contract😄)

I compiled the list of things that I think made me better at work, based on what I analysed were my changes over the years & based on the feedback given to me.
