Snack Swaps! GF + DF

Having been gluten and dairy free for almost 10 years now, there are a lot of snacks I’ve missed. For the first bit, it was really hard to find good replacements for my favorite snacks and treats, but now I have a good lineup of things that are BOTH gluten and dairy free! Hopefully this is helpful to someone starting their gluten and/or dairy free journey.

First up- I used to be OBSESSED with the white cheddar Cheetos. These Hippeas are made from chickpeas and they are delicious. They come in a few flavors, but the white cheddar is probably my favorite. You can buy these as any grocery store! In closeness to the real thing, I rate them 8/10.

Next up- Goldfish dupeee. I actually recently found these at Sprouts and they were 2/$6 so I had to try them. They are so good! I used to love the pizza goldfish, so the pizza flavor of the Made Good is my personal favorite. In closeness to the real thing, I rate them 7.5/10.

For someone with a sweet tooth- one of my favorite movie night snacks used to be chocolate covered popcorn, but since going dairy free it seemed like I was never going to have it again unless I made it myself. I found this Safe + Fair chocolate drizzled popcorn at Publix! In closeness to the real thing, I rate them 10/10.

Last but not least, these are a popular favorite for everyone! The Trader Joe’s version of Takis! Be careful because these are addictive! 😉 In closeness to the real thing, I rate them 9/10.
