HOW I GOT HOTTER after my break-up

FIRST OF ALL, break-ups suck.

I couldn’t eat, couldn’t sleep and couldn’t feel any ounce of happiness after mine. As surface level as this damn near sounds, getting hotter always made me feel better.

Here is what I did.

✨Skin care: I found a routine and what made me feel and look good.

✨cliché, but the gym: I found a gym where I could mourn my loss, but also better myself in the process.

✨Spent time alone: I figured out what made ME feel good outside of people.

✨Took time to remember who I was as a person. What made me, me.

I did every thing that would make me feel better! I didn’t care about anyone else. It’s crazy, when you care for yourself; you also oddly just get… hotter.
