hair people, PLEASE HELP!!!

please help me!!! i used a toner and a vol 20 and left it on for 45 min and then rinsed and used blue shampoo. my hair is litterally orange, i’ve been told i look ginger from the top. my money peices are bleached different so they are litterally super light almost grey and the rest of my hair is orange. i don’t know what to do, what to ask for at a salon, is there’s anything at home i can do to fix it product wise.

i want to get more blonde highlights, the only reason i did this was because i didn’t like my dark brown growth so i feel like the toner just toned my natural hair leaving it orange. i need help!
