HR is one of good choice of career!

Good jolly day to you who read this!

Do you ever heard of HR? Nope? It's a short form of 'Human Resources'. Now HR what are they? they are one of famous job scope for those who wants to be support teams especially on non-technical. HR is like admin but more specific its tasks.

I mostly directly involved with employee data management. HR tech support is the one that I usually do. If you ever heard before of HR handling SOCSO or EPF stuff, yeah I'm sort of that worker 🤣. If a company has engineers, doctors and so on, HR will support them in terms of employees data & details because surely these technical groups wanted to focus on their expertise.

Everyday, I will need to entertain internal customers : employees in companies. We're bit of different than customer service. Cust. service will handle all request at the first hand while HR will handle it next if it's related to HR stuff.

How's my experience on HR task so far? I'll say challenging yet knowledgeable. I need to learn all the tech available, need to entertain employees on their requests, ensuring the compliance and more! It's an endless learning tbh.

In 5 more years, I wish to elevate into higher position when my knowledges & experiences has strengthen. I wish to be someone useful for the company. I like to create history!
