A Book that Altered my Brain Chemistry… 📚🧠

It was the same scenario every time… I would be assigned a book to read in school, or a club, I would dread reading said book, but once I got invested in the storyline, I couldn’t put it down! I always seemed to gravitate towards the books that I would’ve NEVER chosen on my own, so a couple of years ago, with that knowledge of my specific book preferences, I started researching books within similar categories that I’ve enjoyed in the past: Fantasy, Fiction, Rom-Com, Informational, you name it!

I began experiencing burn out from motivation/productivity about a year ago, and I knew that I wasn’t going to let myself be lazy, so I purchased - ‘You are a Badass: How to Stop Doubting Your Greatness and Start Living an Awesome Life’, and got to reading! Man oh MAN, when I tell you that I was missing out on some amazing, reflection-worthy information, that made me second guess things that I was completely set in my ways about, prior to reading.
