There are 3 main steps I take:
1️⃣ Eat breakfast everyday: Breakfast mmg penting utk kesihatan, never skip breakfast. 🍽️
2️⃣ Choose 0 sugar products as gentian: Zero sugar products taste the same, but even healthier! 🤫
3️⃣ Do workout that you enjoy: Exercising is very tough, so choose the workout you enjoy. If you like to dance, then choose dancing as your workout!🏃♀️
4️⃣ Be Patient: Don’t check your weight everyday, check it once a week. Losing weight takes time, be patient and time will tell. ⏳
