This Book Will Change Your Mindset🧠

I have been wanting to read this book for awhile because it has so many great reviews. I love self-help books and books that change your mindset and perspective on life.

This book is really good if you’re one of those people who over analyze everything.

I tend to not let small things bother me for too long. Anybody who knows me knows that I don’t give a f*ck about a lot of things lol. However, I decided to read the book because there may be some perspectives I’ve never thought of.

It really teaches you not to dwell on things that don’t matter because you’ll always encounter problems in life, how you choose to handle them is what matters.

I plan on buying Mark Manson’s book “Everything Is F*cked” once I finish reading this one. It focuses more on happiness and questions what makes life worth living.
