What I use to CLEAR MY SKIN 💋✨

A little background story:

I have been struggling with acne since 15. My skin was damaged, it would get red around the cheekbone area, making me so embarrassed. I hated my skin completely. I tried every single product on the market and prayed that it would heal my acne. I lost my confidence to the point that most of the time, I refused to go outside of my home without makeup.

How did it stop?

I just got tired of it. I wanted a better relationship with my skin, so I did some skincare research on how to use it, what products are better for my skin type, etc.

Remember, before anything can get better, the first and most important thing to do is to accept it. I accepted that my skin has problems and will take time to heal. Most skincare takes at least four weeks to start seeing results. So, please be patient with your skin. Try to listen and understand it as much as possible.

Focus: ✨

My main focus was to repair my skin barrier. As you can see, most of my skincare focus on soothing, repairing, and hydrating the skin. Why didn't I go for anti-acne products? Those products are typically strong; most of the time, they contain active ingredients. If your skin is hydrated and protected, the acne will start going away by itself.
