Cozy cafe in the heart of Chijmes 💭

Are you looking for brunch spots in Chijmes? Then this is for you!

In my quest for the best brunch spots in Singapore, I had the opportunity to try Glasshouse in the heart of Chijmes. They've also opened a new outlet at Neil.

At first the place is quite charming and cozy, but it can get crowded quick fast during lunch.

For the food:

🍅 Stracciatella Tartine:

Delicious, with cooked tomatoes, caramelized onions, and creamy stracciatella!

🥔 Tater tots:

The portion is really generous (easily shareable between 2 or 3 people). I had them plain, but you can get them with truffle oil or mentai mayo.

🥑 Avocado Dukkah & Egg Tartine:

Not very filling if you're a big eater like my partner, and if you want to add fried eggs, it's quite expensive (+$6 for 2 eggs).

🫖 Matcha Latte & Iced Americano:

Good but not mind-blowing.

Overall, it was pretty good but the bill can easily increase (we paid over $84 in total for 2 pax, including taxes).

😃 A positive point: they have cards in a small box for each table with questions on them that you can ask your friends or bf/gf, which can help spark conversations or learn more about your friends!
