The struggles of having eczema:(

Hi girlies! I wanted to share something that I have been struggling for the past 5 years: Eczema:<

I know so many people suffer from eczema but I don’t think people talk about it enough and how it negatively affects our lives. I have a pretty bad case of eczema from my face to arm to legs and neck.

When I get flare ups on my face, I would be so scared to go out because it is really discouraging when the flare ups are really red, bumpy and dry. So when I have flare ups, I would have to stay at home and it really didn’t feel nice to be honest. I get self conscious to wear shorts, skirts because of the discoloration on my legs from eczema. But I have been overcoming this discouragement by really embracing it and accept that it is part of my identity and I have been trying to cut out diary and sugar to prevent flare ups!
