4 ingredient lazy girl dinner

one of my favorite dinners lately and great for meal prep to take for my clinical lunches!

what you need:

-oven roasters red potato’s and onion (can also just cut up potato’s and onions and stick them in the oven i’m just lazy)

-chicken breast

-badia rotisserie chicken seasoning (can use any seasoning you like i am obsessed with this one)

-bitchin sauce (lots of flavor options, i just love the original)

PREPARATION:

-preheat oven to 450F

-spread potato’s and onions evenly on pan, pop into the oven

-prep chicken as desired

-pan sear chicken with olive oil

-assemble bowl and top with bitchin sauce
