🗓️ A typical tuesday

🌅Morning: got to campus (with a pumpkin spice cold brew) and went to the “lab” to work on the quantitative research project i’ve been assigned. i’m taking an optional research integration this year and i’m supposed to put in 2 hours of work on that per week

🌳 i had 20ish minutes to kill before class so i literally sat outside and played on my phone. i feel like the vitamin D from the sun might cancel out the blue light from my phone, right??

📚 Class: most days i only have one class a day (plus a night class 1x per week) and the rest of the time you’re supposed to be reading, working on class work, or prepping for your clients

🌤Afternoon: i brought my lunch on campus, then i met with two different groups for group projects we’re working on, THEN got ready for my client.

🌃Evening: I have evening clients 4 nights a week! it’s hard to keep my energy up sometimes, and i feel like it can be hard to be productive during the day when all i’m thinking about half the time is my session.

✍️ after my sessions i check in quickly with my supervising clinician, then write my notes before everything leaves my mind. my notes need to be approved by my supervisor as well

🌚 finally get home, i’m all tuckered out
