My way of a small “Self Reward” 🥰

Hi everyonee ! I would like to share how I started to reward myself more especially after a long day of completing assignments, having a test or finish catching up my studies 🥰

I used to think self reward ni macam “membazir” or “tak perlu pun” tapi sebenarnya tak 🥲 Self reward ni penting jugak tauu untuk mental health, which is to improve our self motivation & kita automatically akan ada rasa nak accomplish more things in the future.

Benda yang simple2 pun boleh jadi self reward, so ni lah cara saya reward diri sendiri as an engineering student yang tak banyak masa free nak jalan2 & selalu nak save duit jugak 😆
