High protein meal and coffee

This is my favorite breakfast and it’s super affordable! The amount of protein you’ll get depends on how much you eat. I put real butter on my toast and everything was delicious!

For the coffee just go to starbucks and order a Doppio over ice in a venti cup. It’s basically two shots of espresso with ice then pour your favorite protein shake and enjoy!

I’m very picky with my protein and the OWYN protein shake was what fitted my likes the most (from a grocery store). I get very overwhelmed when choosing proteins because a lot of them carry a lot of chemicals and unnecessary ingredients that your body doesn’t need. That one I bought from Target but you can also find it at Walmart and Sams.

Also I am new to healthy eating a protein tracking so any advice would be greatly appreciated!
