I present to you, the EASIEST way to make cinnamon rolls…and they’re so fluffy and good!!! I had to do pumpkin of course, I highly recommend because delicious and your house will smell amazing🎃🍁🍂

To make…

- First, start by whisking together 1 & 3/4 cups of flour, 3 tbsp of sugar, and 1/4 tsp of salt in a large mixing bowl.

- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together 3/4 cup of milk, 3 tbsp of melted butter, and 1 & 1/4 tsp of yeast (what I do is warm the milk and butter together in a sauce pan, I turn it to low heat for just about a minute, turn off the heat and cover it, and let the butter melt and get warm 🧈 you want this mixture to be warm to the touch, not hot!!)

- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, along with 1 large egg and mix with a spatula until a shaggy dough forms.

- Knead for 3-4 minutes, or until a smooth dough forms. You want it to be slightly sticky, but able to handle it and form it into a ball.

- Transfer to a bowl and let this rise somewhere warm for about 45 mins or until this not quite doubles in size.

- Using a rolling pin (or mason jar😂) Roll the dough out into a rectangular shape.

- Spread the filling on top (I did pumpkin, so mixed together 1/4 cup of pumpkin purée, 1/2 cup of coconut sugar, 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice, and 1/4 cup of melted butter)

- Roll into a log.

- Slice into about 2 inch thick slices (highly recommend using floss!)

- Transfer to to a buttered 9 x 9 baking dish and let rise somewhere warm for 10-15 minutes.

- Bake on 375 for 20 minutes.

- Optional: top with icing 🤌
