How to plan your Content Strategy with Notion ✨

If you are a content creator, a social media planner or even a small business owner, you probably know how important it is to be organized and have a strategy when it comes to content creation and social media. And I myself, being a small business owner and a content creator, love using Notion to stay productive and plan not only my content calendar but also create my Content Strategy.

I created a Content Strategy page on Notion to align my content with my business goals. Here is how I did it: in a new page I first added a section for my Brand Identity (I like using « Header 3 » and dividers to divide between section). Using a « Callout », I created an image space for Logo, Typography and Color Palette.

Next, I added a section for Mission Statement, Long Term Goals and Target Audience. I used bullet lists and callouts.

Finally, using table databases, I added sections for Competitive Analysis and SWOT Analysis.
