Ways Your Body Will Tell You That He’s NOT The One

Our bodies are so intuitive and can give us signs if something or someone is right for us before our brains can even process it.

When I was in my relationship with my ex-husband, something didn’t feel right and little did I know that it was my body telling me that he was not the right person for me. I wish I had known that these were signs before I got married.

When I was with him, I was getting frequent yeast infections and was constantly going to my gynecologist. I had so many infections that I became immune to the antibiotics and they stopped working on me. My acne got really bad. My hair was dry and brittle. I was tired all the time. I was also extremely stressed all the time. I also had unexplained depression when I was with him and I remember telling my family that I couldn’t explain why I felt so depressed when I should be happy that I had just gotten married.

Now that I’ve been out of the relationship for months, my hair all of a sudden started growing long again and it’s shiny, thick, and healthy, my skin improved, I haven’t had a yeast infection (even after being with another partner there were no pH imbalances), and my friends and family have told me that I’m glowing again.

So if you’re in a relationship and any of these things are happening to you, then please take a hard look at yourself in the relationship and decide if that is the person that you should be with. I can tell you 100% fact that I am so happy I left him.
