5 BOOTH SET-UP TIPS from my experience!

As I booth at more events, I find new ways to improve my booth set-up! I have attached every one of my booth set-ups from my 1st to most recent booth.

Here are 5 key areas which I believe make a good set-up 👍🏻

1) Ensure the main products are easy to reach

I personally find that arranging my stickers (main product) horizontally across the front edge of the table works best for the customers.

2) Identify the direction of traffic

I have learnt to place my mini trays at the start of the direction of traffic. By doing so, it is more noticeable and convenient for the customers to use them when choosing the stickers.

I also write my promotions on a large A2 whiteboard and face it towards the direction of traffic. By doing so, it catches the attention of customers even when they’re far away.

3) Use bright & noticeable price cards

All customers want to know the price of the products, but some are too shy to speak to the booth vendor. So by having bright price cards being placed at noticeable positions, customers are able to have their product pricing concerns resolved in a quick glance.

4) Display your social media handle

Customers who shop with supporting small businesses in mind would be more than happy to give a follow on your social media pages! I use a QR code that brings customers to my linktree where they can find all my social media handles.

5) Elevate your products to eye level

I use a wire mesh grid from Daiso which allows me to attach hooks, baskets and containers at eye level. You can also use boxes and acrylic stands.
