Breakfast ideas for the girls who want to gain

At one point in my life, I was significantly and severely underweight. Fast forward to today, and I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been, the strongest I’ve ever felt, and happier than I could’ve ever imagined. And it owe a lot of that to fitness. I went from feeling insecure about my body to feeling so proud of what I’ve built.

My goal is to grow my body both in weight and in muscle. I prioritize high calorie meals at that nourish my body and also strength train both at home and in the gym. These are just a few of favorite recipes that have carried me through the journey. ❤️
