Trying to eat healthy can be time consuming. Every time you meal prep it takes at least a few hours out of your day and is extremely time consuming
As a woman who is trying to balance life I can find meal prepping a bit stressful given it can take a good portion out of my day to complete. So I have made it a mission to find meals that can be done it minutes, delicious and easy breezy to make.
Overnight Oatmeal

What you need:
Oatmeal - 40g
Chia Seeds - 1tbs
Protein Powder - 1.5 serving
Oatmilk - 1 cup
Strawberries - 80g
Pecans - 10g
Steps
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a container
2. Place in the fridge for a few hours or when you are ready to eat (they can last multiple days in the fridge)
3. That’s it! Simple :)
You can make as many servings as you would like! I would not recommend making more than 4-5 at a time so you don’t have to worry about breakfast the rest of the work week.
