♡ Core Power Protein shakes : 26g protein, 170 cals. ( also has the Elite option with more protein & calories )
♡ NuGo protein bars: ~200 cals, 12g protein. ( they have multiple types and flavors. Marcos vary depending on the bar. Hands down my fav bar. (🔗 in bio for 1/2 off variety box )
♡ Legendary Foods protein chips; 150 cals, 20g protein. These are new and only available at select stores (official launch coming in NOV) they give pop corner vibes 🤤
♡ Ryl Tea: 0 cals, 0 sugar, Nothing artificial. These give Arizona tea but ✨healthier✨, they have multiple flavors ( DC:
♡ Probiotic Soda: low cal. I love me a good probiotic soda, I enjoy poppy, olipop & the Kroger brand. It’s an acquired adjustment but worth it to me considering it’s not full of sugar :)
♡ Greek Yogurt: ~80-110 cal, ~10-15g protein. Ive been on a greek yogurt kick for a while, OIKOS is my fav but Chobani is good too. I like the flavors but also use plain as a substitute for sour cream;)
