How I went from this (215lbs)

I started my weight loss journey the January of this year 2023 and have been on it since , recently I’ve been slowing it down though but in the beginning I started with lots of cardio with some weight lifting and burning workouts. Also lots of calorie counting if you can’t do that then honestly I don’t know , it’s hard yes . It took me awhile to finally get motivated as I was a person who did nothing but sat and ate all day . The lack of energy I had was so awful and it was time to redeem myself. So good luck in your weight loss journey and I hope it all goes well for you. Also no I don’t have much lose skin because I lift weights and tone , so make sure your doing that if you don’t want lose skin .🩵🩵
