I’m back with another workout routine/plan for you guys. I’m glad you enjoy them as much as I do. Like i always say you don’t need an expensive i’ve workout class or gym to be able to get a good workout in. There are thousands of good instructors for FREE on youtube.
This we have a good mix of light cardio to get your heart pumping to more gentle movements like yoga. I love to incorporate a pilates in to each weeks workout to make sure we really work our core since it supports our bodies.
Here the workout:
Monday- move with nicole 25 min feel good pilates and 15 minute morning yoga flow
Tuesday- madfit 10 min resistance band booty workout, 12 min full body hiit, and 10 min intense lower abs
Wednesday- the glow method 45 min cardio barre & pilates
Thursday- madfit birthday dance party workout, 15 min full upper body workout, 10 min standing abs + hiit
Friday- madfit 30 min tone and stretch
Saturday- madfit 45 min full body workout
