my general daily goal is 180g protein / day without supplements. i dont eat protein bars or drink protein powder as a regular source.

i start the day with my coffee!! i enjoy starting my day off with a little pick me up before work

i have breakfast along side with my coffee, this is important! i don’t wait until my coffee is gone to eat because my appetite will be suppressed. i ensure my breakfast has an ample amount of protein (25-35g). i include a fruit and small carb as well.

☕️i then have 4 more meals throughout the rest of my day, smaller in portion size.

🥗meal 1- an early lunch around 10:30/11 am i aim for 40-50g of protein in this meal

🍝meal 2- a later lunch around 1/1:30 pm i aim for 20-35g protein in this meal

🍳meal 3- an earlier lunch around 3/3:30 pm i aim for 30-40g protein in this meal

🥘meal 4- a later lunch and final meal around 6:30/7 pm i aim for 30-45g of protein in this meal to finish up my day satiated
