Postpartum Essentials 2x Mom

Postpartum is honestly something that I look forward to, and I know that’s not something that is frequently said.

Out of pregnancy, birth and postpartum birth and postpartum are definitely the part that I enjoy more!

I think there is so much fear around birth especially that this can lead to so much anxiety. Here is your sign to look forward to your future with joy, not fear. Postpartum is truly a magical time of bonding with your sweet little one… a time that you can never go back and do again: so enjoy it!

This is why I include things like snacks and comfy PJs in my post partum essentials… I also like to have things on hand, like facemasks and pampering bath items and special teas and drinks that I enjoy. Like any part of motherhood… they are going to be difficult days. Days you are burned out and overwhelmed and overstimulated, but pampering yourself and romanticizing your life as much as you can will help so much!

And there are so many things to look forwards to! Getting baby snuggles and kisses and fitting into non pregnancy clothes.
