Hello loves! Harini i nak share my diet journey hilang 13 kg dgn diet! So jom baca apa i buat sampai hilang lemak lemak semua,
1. I changed my diet
So mmg i tukar my diet, i makan whole food, tak makan junk food. Dulu i suka snacking junk food chips semua lepastu i stop! I banyakan snacking buah. I masak semua my diet menu, I mesti dh plan siap siap apa i nak makan esok.
2. Reduced my carbs intake
carbs ni ramai kata susah nak avoid sebab yelah semua benda ada carbs kan! Pasta especially pasta tu favourite i tapi i tak makan! I opt for carbs free pasta mcm chickpeas pasta, lentills pasta. Ada banyak je! Yang high protein korang makan sikit pun dah kenyang
3. Eat more veges & fruits
Mcm mana nak eat more veges? Everytime masak include veges dlm meal. Raw / cooked tak kisah janji ada veges.
4. Avoid refined sugar
Ni paling penting, Kalau you avoid refined sugar percaya cakap i double chin tu sekelip mata je hilang! Mmg kurus before raya
