Top 🖐🏻 things I wish I knew before I started running 🏃♀️
1. Start SLOW, run SLOW. Build the BASE, always. Speed will come later.
2. Buying the RIGHT pair of running shoes for my 🦶 type & running style.
3. Eat right to run well. Carbs are friend not foe.
4. Warm ups & cool downs . Do it🤝🏻
5. Invest in good running apparels. It doesn’t have to be expensive or branded. Ive tried running in various types of fabrics. Lightweight & breathable fabrics are the way to go!
