When you are a beginner in the gym, it’s normal to not know everything, and to make some mistakes along the way. At the end of the day, that is how we learn!

If you arent enjoying your workouts, then it’s time to switch up your workouts! You never have to do a work out that is unenjoyable for you, or a workout that seems like a chore. I always preach that there are so many different forms of movement and workouts out there, that there is always some thing that is enjoyable for everyone!

A lot of people tend to overtrain at the beginning of their journey, they’re in the gym 6 to 7 days a week, doing 10+ exercises, and they are completely overdoing it. This reduces the risk of having a good recovery, which can lead to delayed muscle growth. This can also increase the risk of injury!

And lastly, under eating, is likely going to do you more harm than good. It’s important that you fuel your body sufficiently according to your goals!
