Harini I nak share some tips on how I maintain my customer untuk small business I pulak 🥰 Semua tips ni based on my own experience and it works!

𝟭. 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴
Lagi2 masa mula start business. Now dah 2 years plus, I maintain posting at least 1 content/week. It’s okay to use the materials yang disediakan oleh HQ, as long as korang active posting.
𝟮. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗮 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲
Promote kawkaw masa brand tu buat sale. Promote kat business ig/tiktok (aiming for new cust, mostly youth), Facebook (aiming for new cust, mostly age range 25+), Whatsapp status (aiming for returning customers).
𝟯. 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗯𝗶𝗲𝘀
Biasanya local product ok je if we gift freebies for our cust as long as tak menyusahkan you.
𝟰. 𝗟𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱
I mean, it’s better than nothing kan 😉
Of course, how korang reply to you cust, how long masa korang nak reply main peranan jugak. Cust boleh tukar fikiran dalam beberapa minit je 😂
