I never experienced this before, and I honestly thought I was the problem in my current relationship because I couldn’t reciprocate everything back. My partner did not rush me, and let me take things at my own pace.

This is when I realized there’s more to a relationship than distrust, and not every fight will lead to a break up. In a healthy relationship you will always talk about feelings and bring all points to the table.
