Best things to do in Osaka!

Recently went to Osaka and managed to see the most of the city within 1 full day! 🍣

Here’s our itinerary of the day:

Early morning 9-10am: Head to Dotonbori for a crowd-less view of the Glico man ✨ This area tends to be super crowded at night so walking around in the morning will give you a great photo opp 😉

🫶🏻 Pro tip!!! Book Dotonbori’s Boat Tour in the morning for your evening, 8:30PM is the best slot 🙈

Lunch: Tempura Makino’s famous tendon. There are a few locations in Singapore but omg this OG one at Namba hit the spot.. Batter was so light and crispy and the ebi 🍤 was 🙌 Not a big fan of squid tempura but my bf said it’s the best one he’s ever eaten so may be worth a try ~

After lunch, we shopped around at the big Donki and checked in & rested and headed out! It was winter time so it got dark pretty fast.

4:30-5:30PM: Hepfive Osaka to shop & take a Cablecar~ The Ferris Wheel gave us such a beautiful birdseye view of Osaka.. and omg best part of it all, 🙀 we could connect bluetooth to play our own music & it was so romantic!! 10/10 recommend and you don’t share the cablecar with any other groups too~~

6PM: Dinner @ Ippudo. You can’t miss out on Ippudo in Japan.. always so good, my fave is the Shio Ramen 🍜

After-dinner: Boat tour at Dotonburi! Time for some street snacks like Takoyaki, 10yen cheese bread, Cremia ice cream~ then slowly head to the boat tour. The workers’ energy level is so fun & hype and gives you such a close up view of the Glico man!!

Next, night walks @ Shinsekai. PLEASE go at late night, its practically almost empty & the lights just glisten like stars 🌟

All our touristy stuff like Boat tour, ferris wheel was covered by the Osaka day tour pass which came with free transport too!! 💕☃️🫶🏻
