Hi girls and gals! Here is another high protein meal plan to fuel your week. 🥙

A note to make is everyone has a different fitness goal and that includes protein intake. Personally I follow 0.8-1 gram of protein per pound of body weight based on my fitness goals. You should adjust yours based on your progress overall diet and personal preferences.

I hope you all have been successful at being consistent with your fitness goal this year! 💪🏼 I know you can do it! And I hope these meal plans help take off some pressure about meal prepping. I know starting any fitness goals can be overwhelming with the idea of what workouts, how many reps, what splits, what kind of food, meal ideas, protein intake etc. But I try to make it easy for you with these meal ideas!
