Weight loss journey, with the carnivore diet

I started this diet along with exercise about 3 weeks ago and I’m already down 15 pounds

My original weight was 209 I am now down to 195

I cut carbs out completely

Black coffee ☕️

No dairy 🥛 ❌

No fruits 🍉 ❌

No vegetables 🥕 ❌

No alcohol 🥃 ❌

Just meat 🥩

And water 💦

I only eat breakfast and lunch

and if I want to treat myself I do so with a diet Dr Pepper

And just nuggets from a fast food restaurant

My energy levels are up my skin is clear

I don’t feel the need to take naps anymore
