Working @ Ulta- financials

This is my second post with the idea of sharing my experiences with jobs, and today we’re talking about Ulta!

First up is the pay! I started out at $12.50 around 3 years ago. I then got promoted to a lead cashier, which the pay ended up being $14.50 (around 1.5-2 years).

The second topic is the employee discount that Ulta offers. Ulta has a better discount than what Petsmart offers. Ulta offers a 25% employee discount for products, and 50% off on all services!

And the third topic is how we can save money while working at Ulta. You can use your points, employee discount, and sales going on! But unfortunately you cannot use any coupons with your employee discounts.
