Affirmations you NEED as a student 🫶✨

Knowing how difficult intern year could be, I created a few affirmations to get me through! These have helped me start my day and remind myself that I am learning and growing as a physician.

These are great for any student/trainee/learner, so I hope you find them helpful!

✨I'm going to be patient with myself today.

✨Even if I feel that I don’t know enough, I know that I am learning and know more today than I did yesterday.

✨I will approach my learning with curiosity and not let feeling overwhelmed make me lose my passion for medicine (enter your field or study).

✨I will ask questions and ask for help when I need it. This is part of the learning process!
