Books:
1. Life Worth Living: based on a course at Yale. This book brings to light lots of different perspectives when trying to answer the question what really makes a life worth living? The book also has a bunch of journal prompts within.
2. Atomic Habits: This book has truly changed the way l think when it comes to changing my daily habits in
2024. I'm almost done with it. This is the fastest I've ever read a book, can't put it down!
3. The Psychology of Money: Working on improving my financial standpoint this year, my mom recommended this book to me :)
4. Women who think too much: As a women who tends to overthink and struggles with anxiety I felt that I should read this book
5. The Mountain is You: this is the year we are not self sabotaging! I graduate this year and felt this is something important for the next chapter of my career life
6. The Insecure Girls Handbook: similar to the last book just continuing to work on self confidence and growth.
