looking through my photo gallery is one of my fav pastime and i’ve recently noticed a significant change in my face shape in less than a year! (that’s quite fortunate if u ask me🫡)
tip: braces rly do make a difference tbvh! however pics 4-5 were taken in 2023 after i had already removed my braces in mar 2022. so other than braces, i believe there are other ways to lose ur face fats!
over the course of 7 months i didn’t actively work towards achieving a slimmer face - no procedure nothing, i just did what i always do! (consistency is key 😊)
1. guasha - i don’t do this religiously, about 4 times a week? and i guasha my face for only 2-3 mins coz i honestly can’t do any longer than that
2. hydrate - i drank sm water after i changed water bottle! at least 2000ml a day & i cut down on sweets, chocolate & snacks in general (i used to munch on them like mad)
3. weight - i unintentionally lost about 2-3kg (without dieting or exercising) by switching to regular meals. i used to snack so much that it became my dinner
4. appetite - i also lost appetite; reduced the amount i eat but i don’t really have a reason for this…… i just stop eating as much
5. salad - i love salad so much i can drown in them tbvh i think it’s one of the best food to exist ✌️ so i think u should find a food that is healthy and something that u actually really love eating & don’t force it!!! - i used to force myself to eat acai everyday, but turns out i never actually crave for it so i stopped (also coz acai didn’t fill me as much as salad did)
6. like i mentioned i didnt set a goal nor was i dieting! it came naturally, along with how i adjusted my lifestyle 😊 so im quite glad things worked out well for me
7. i used to go for yoga/pilates pretty often (2-3 times a week) but i honestly don’t see a difference in how i looked or my weight
8. i stopped obsessively weighing myself!!!! this REALLY helped i feel, im pretty sure our weight naturally fluctuates, but in general it should remain around the same~ i only took my weight recently cos i was curious LOL
i think surrounding yourself with people who take good care of their health really helps too ~ otherwise i wouldn’t have been able to start eating proper meals for lunch/dinner.
but then again i’m no professional! im not encouraging anyone to lose weight or anytg, just sharing my exp!
