1. Protein French toast: Dip low calorie bread into egg white wash mixed with protein powder and cinnamon! Add desired sides!
2. Egg Scramble: Mix eggs + egg whites, spinach, add cheese and pair with choice of side!
3. Proats: Make a packet of oatmeal, mix in a scoop of protein powder. Then top with PB fit or peanut butter and fruit of choice!
