How I Quickly Get Rid of Bloating

Decided to do a little experiment and see how quickly my greens work to reduce my bloating before I go to bed! I realized I often talk about my greens, but I don’t recall ever posting a before and after so you guys can see how they work!

I’m using my GGG (Green, Gut, Glow) on the go, so they’re in these little packets. Normally I use my tub of greens and add in my collagen and digestion aid! I’m also not using a fizz stick tonight since that’s caffeine and I’m obviously about to go to bed haha.

But I think I see a difference! If nothing else, I felt WAY better and I can go to bed feeling comfortable.

Anyone else deal with bloating?
