In order to sustain your weight-loss you have to be real with yourself. Are you going to be happy cutting out any and everything? Or do you want to enjoy food and have a good relationship with it? Once you learn how to balance the way you view food only then can you really sustain your weight-loss. This does not mean I do not eat healthy I normally switched things I would eat for healthier options!
You have to be honest with yourself as well. I did not workout when I lost 40lbs I just recently started working out. However I’ve had my fair share of trying to lose weight and yo-yo diets. I never lost any weight or when I did it came back because I didn’t understand how important it was to have balance between your mindset and the way you view food!
