Being in this realm for 25 years has taught me:

💭My prefrontal cortex has fully developed. 🧠

💭Therapy is a blessing!

💭 Making new friends as an adult is HARD!

💭 My goal isn’t to be married, have kids, or be a homeowner right now and that’s OKAY.

💭Experiences take priority over money.

💭Humility will take you far!

💭Setting boundaries doesn’t make you “mean”.

💭Practicing gratitude is the best medicine.

💭Don’t take life too seriously.

💭Fear is so limiting.

💭There is power in vulnerability.

💭Do not postpone enjoyment—seize any opportunity to enjoy it.

💭Never beg to be loved.

💭 YOUR life is the aesthetic and you don’t have to subscribe to anyone else’s.

💭Letting go of resentment is the best thing that you can do for yourself.

💭Our parents did the best that they could and some of them aren’t aware of their broken inner child.

💭You can only control what YOU can control.

💭Traveling is the greatest gift!

💭 People come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime!

💭Stinginess & selfishness blocks your blessings.
