I need your help please I’m desperate

Here’s the full story, my ex and I broke up 6 months ago, he wanted it to be on good terms and at first we stayed friends but one day he just stopped responding. We have mutual friends and when I asked them if they heard from him they said he responded and is okay.

Anytime since he ghosted me he would leave me on delivered for 1week - a 1 month at a time and from there he would leave me on read.

He texted me out of the blue 2 weeks ago and he asked for his hoodies and stuff back. I get he wants his stuff but why would you wait so long? So I left him on delivered for 2 weeks now since that’s what he done to me. Well today he texted my mom and told her that he texted me and wants his stuff and will give me my stuff back.

Here’s the thing we live abt a half hour away from each and anytime he wanted to go on a date or just have me come over my parents had to drive me (cause we both don’t have our license) his mom only picked me up and dropped me off one time out of 9 months of dating. So my parents shouldn’t have to drive me out there for his stuff. If he wants it that bad he’ll find a way to come here and get it.

So how should I respond to him? What do I say? What should my mom tell him? I want more than anything to get back together and I have stuff I want to talk to him about but he won’t listen to me. What do I do?
