Here are some easy meals you can put together that are high in protein, low calorie but still packed with flavor!
1: chicken arugula salad ~ trader joeโs salad kit + chicken
TIP: stock up on salad kits during the week, for a quick and easy meal! I like to meal prep enough chicken that will last me about 2-3 days so that I always have protein stocked and ready to go in my fridge
2: cauliflower gnocchi with chicken sausage ~
-1 package cauliflower gnocchi
-3 pieces sweet italian chicken sausage
-1 bottle of vodka sauce
-2 handfuls of spinach
-basil for garnish
*cook in pan until heated through. transfer to casserole dish & top with mozzarella cheese. broil 3-5 minutes
3: salmon roasted zucchini ~
-season and air fry your salmon until cooked through
-top with pesto
-serve with roasted zucchini, tomatoes and parmesan
4: tuna rice bowl ~ my go to meal when Iโm in a time crunch (takes about 10 minutes to put together)
-pack of seaweed
-canned tuna
-white rice
-green onions
-sriracha + mayo
-avocado
-everything but bagel seasoning
