Money has become so taboo to talk about for some reason — we don’t want to come off as bragging or complaining, I get it!

But openly discussing salary is a great way to ensure everyone is being compensated fairly! There’s no shame in speaking about money, salary or not. We can’t learn from one another if no one ever shares what they know!
