How to fit ANY book into your bag

Back in Uni, I used to read 3-4 books a month but after starting my #adulting job 1.5 years ago, I found myself reading less and less… soon it became 3-4 books a YEAR!

Initially, I read books using my iPad or the physical copy on my commute to and fro work but eventually, I found myself just mindlessly scrolling through Tik Tok or Instagram just because it was more convenient. It didn’t help that it was soooo heavy to carry my iPad or a 800-1000 page book…

No joke, purchasing the Kobo Nia changed my life 😗

In the 3 months since I purchased my Kobo, I’ve finished 5 books all on my daily commute to work!!

I used to be a book snob (Lit Major here), and could not imagine myself buying a kindle and losing the feeling of a book’s tactility. However, the reality is that books are heavy and just impractical for my current lifestyle.

The Kobo is not only lightweight and long lasting but the best part is that I can now actively use my NLB membership again! Other than the initial investment for the device, almost all books can be found easily on NLB’s site (via Overdrive)

*Tip: I bought the cheapest version of the Kobo during the CNY sale on Shopee. Personally I found that it works perfect for me and don’t need any of the more ‘upgraded’ versions
