Let me preface by saying that YOU SHOULD NEVER FEEL BAD if an organization hack doesn’t work for you!! You’re different than me!! But I spent years completely unorganized and drowning and forgetting everything until I tried this.

💚 Desk calendars do not require you to constantly OPEN and CLOSE to use them. It’s not portable, but I mostly use this to organize and remember work things.

💜 I love the opportunity to be creative with the cutie stickers!! 😭 I take a few minutes at the start of each month and it’s so worth it. I may add a few things throughout the month, and it motivates me to keep my desk clean so I can see all the pretty things!

🧡 Setting personal goals each month helps me to remember that work is not life. And it reminds me that personal wins are also to be celebrated! Get that ever-fleeting dopamine!

💛 Daily reminders should go in a permanent place. These can change from month to month, but personalize it to what you need. I have a crazy amount of meetings and paperwork in April and May, so I need a daily reminder to not procrastinate! It will be so easy to fall behind. But since I work so much this month, I need a reminder to not let my favorite season pass me by!

💙 Dress up your daily to-do list with planner stickers! Anything to make making a list bearable. They can quickly overwhelm me, but if I can at least separate tasks and make them look cute I can handle it better!

❤️ Take the opportunity to really dress up days you know you’ll be out of office/school! It’s almost always an exciting reason, so go all out and count down the days!
