Airport food can be expensive, so always make use of free lounge visits.
Hsbc travelone card allows me to have 4 lounge visits per year at any airport not only Changi.
SATS Premier Lounge Terminal 2 located at T2 is pretty ok for free lounge access.
In terms of food, do not have high hopes of high quality food, but is really for fast munchies
They have pretty ok selection of drinks from infused water, juices, beers, wines, hard liquor.
Seats are comfy too
Can bath before your flight and there are 2 massage chairs
Airport lounges are a must for me.
