Ooey Gooey Butter Cake
1- Box Yellow Cake Mix
10 Tbsp butter, 1 stick plus 2 tbsp
*Your butter should be melted
1- L Egg
Combine the top ingredients. Grease a 9x13 pan, press your cake batter, evenly, into the bottom of pan.
1- block of Cream Cheese
16oz. Powdered Sugar
2-L Eggs
Almond or Vanilla Extract
*I used Almond & Cake Batter extract
Combine your cream cheese, powdered sugar, last two eggs, and extract. Mix until smooth. Pour over your cake batter, evenly. Bake in the oven on 350 for 40 - 45 minutes. Each oven varies. Allow your cake to cool. Will have a crinkly crusty topping. Slice, drizzle with caramels sauce, serve and enjoy.
