Pregnant? DON’T IGNORE THESE SIGNS🤰🏻🤰🏻

Everyone tells you that when it’s time to give birth, you’ll know. What I didn’t know was the early signs and symptoms that come before actually going into labor.

My first time being pregnant, I did so much reading and researching and thought I KNEW EVERY SINGLE THING i was going to experience.

Jokes because I experienced so many things that never crossed my mind that was possible. Of course everyone is different and the body can go through different things. This is what I personally went through.

Lightning Pain: this is a sharp sudden pain that happens. This is due to the fetus lowering and adding pressure to the muscles around the cervix.

Increased urination: during the end of pregnancy your uterus is going to be big causing it to put pressure onto your bladder making you feel the need to urinate more frequently.

Mucus Plug: losing your mucus plug is a sigh that the body is preparing its self for labor.

Belly Drop: this is a sign that baby is settling deeper into your pelvis in preparation for delivery!

Nesting: having the urge to CLEAN, PREP and having everything ready for babies arrival can be a sign that labor is approaching.
